Activities Directors, class or club advisors, student body officers, class officers, other student leaders and 8th grade officers attended. NCBI student leaders from Seaside, Palma, Monterey, and Pacific Grove High School sonducted the workshop. The students:

      to take leadership in their school community
      to build an inclusive environment that welcomes diversity
      effective ways to deal with slurs and put-downs
o Got to know leaders from other Monterey County middle/high schools
o Shared ideas with fellow student leaders
